Does my voucher expire?

Yes, your voucher does have an expiration date. You have a 30-day window to activate your voucher from the date of issuance.  Once activated, you’ll have a generous 24-month period to book your vacation.  We encourage you to activate your voucher promptly to maximize your travel options.

How do I activate my voucher?

Activating your voucher is a straightforward process. Once you receive your voucher, you will find instructions on how to activate it.  You can do this by visiting the provided web address.  You’ll need to enter your voucher certificate ID along with your personal email.  Alternatively, you also have the option to activate your voucher by fax or mail.  Details for faxing and mailing instructions will be included with your voucher.  It’s a hassle-free process designed to get you one step closer to your vacation.

What does my voucher cover?

Your voucher covers the cost of your resort stay, providing you with a fantastic accommodation experience. However, it’s important to note that it does not include taxes and fees, or, in the case of cruise vouchers, and port fees..

What does "all-inclusive" mean?

“All Inclusive” means that your resort stay, meals, and drinks are all covered for your travel stay.  With your voucher you won’t have to worry about these expenses.  However, please keep in mind that you are responsible for the taxes and fees associated with your vacation.

Can I change which voucher I choose?

Yes, you have the flexibility to change your voucher choice, but there is a deadline for making this change.  You can modify your voucher selection up until the completion of your virtual presentation.  Once the presentation concludes, our team will verify your chosen voucher.  At that point, if you wish to make changes, you will have the opportunity to do so.

Are pets allowed?

For the most part, pets are not allowed on property.  However, a select few resort condos do allow pets for an additional fee.  Please contact the resort to check on their pet policy before bringing any pets with you.
